At mähnie™ hair, all orders are carefully processed, inspected, and packaged before shipment to ensure your hair arrives safely and in excellent condition.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.
Processing times may vary during high-volume periods, product launches, restocks, holidays, or custom/pre-order availability.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.
Shipping Timeframes
Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination of the order.
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after the order has shipped.
Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout when applicable.
Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update after the carrier receives the package.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
mähnie™ hair is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failed delivery attempt, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to reship the order.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, mähnie™ hair is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages, misdeliveries, or delivery issues outside of our control.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
mähnie™ hair does not issue refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@mahnie.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged packaging
- Photos of the product
- A brief description of the issue
Damage claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.
If you notice an error in your shipping address or order details, please contact us immediately at [insert email address].
We will do our best to assist, but once an order has been processed or shipped, changes cannot be made.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available to select locations.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, tariffs, or additional charges required by their country.
mähnie™ hair is not responsible for customs delays or refused international shipments.
Business Days
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
