At mähnie™ hair, every order is carefully prepared and inspected before shipment to ensure our professional stylists receive premium-quality hair extensions.
Because hair extensions are a personal-use beauty product, all sales are final once an order has been placed.
No Refunds
We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or order reversals once an order has been submitted and payment has been processed.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Incorrect color selection
- Incorrect length selection
- Incorrect quantity ordered
- Change of mind
- Client cancellation
- Product no longer needed
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
- Improper installation, coloring, toning, cutting, or aftercare
By placing an order through mähnie.com, you acknowledge and agree that your purchase is final.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the hygienic nature of human hair extensions, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any hair that has been opened, handled, worn, installed, colored, toned, washed, cut, altered, or removed from its original packaging.
Unopened and unused items may be eligible for exchange only in limited circumstances and must be approved by mähnie™ hair in writing.
To be considered for an exchange, the item must be:
- Unopened
- Unused
- In its original packaging
- Unaltered in any way
- Approved by mähnie™ hair prior to being sent back
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Order Issues or Defective Items
If you believe you received an incorrect or defective item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

- Photos of the packaging
- A clear description of the issue
All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If mähnie™ hair determines that an item was sent incorrectly or has a verified manufacturer defect, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or store credit at our sole discretion.
Hair that has been installed, colored, toned, washed, cut, brushed excessively, chemically treated, or otherwise altered is not eligible for review, replacement, return, refund, or exchange.
Color Matching Disclaimer
mähnie™ hair provides professional-grade hair extensions and strongly recommends that all stylists use a swatch ring or professional color-matching process before placing an order.
Color may appear slightly different due to lighting, screen settings, photography, toning, natural hair variation, and manufacturing batch differences.
Color selection is the responsibility of the purchasing stylist. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for color-matching issues.
Shipping Issues
Once an order has been shipped, mähnie™ hair is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages, incorrect addresses entered at checkout, or delivery issues outside of our control.
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order.
If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, mähnie™ hair is not responsible for replacing or refunding the order.
Professional Use Disclaimer
mähnie™ hair products are intended for use by licensed professionals and trained stylists.
We are not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, removal, maintenance, coloring, toning, product use, heat styling, chemical processing, or client aftercare.
